Delivering affordable, reliable green energy for Victoria

Melton Renewable Energy Hub is a world class battery project located within greater Melbourne that will store wind, hydro and solar energy from regional Victoria, ready for when it is needed.   

As one of the largest batteries in Australia,  it will also support the grid's stability and resilience against network outages and the unreliability of thermal generation.

The project will have an on-site solar farm to make-up battery efficiency losses and is targeting 'net zero' emission operations.

We are working closely with our community.  Delivering 'local content' and making battery product stewardship central to the project development decisions.

The site will be landscaped with local indigenous vegetation, with a particular focus on supporting and attracting pollinators.
